Lead, job, and vendor workflow data
Customer intake details, service addresses, job status, vendor claim activity, field notes, uploaded photos, and related operational records entered into Crew Rover.
Payment and transaction records
Payment status, claim checkout records, receipt references, and billing-related details needed to support vendor claim payments. Payment card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Crew Rover as raw card numbers.
Device and usage information
Device type, app version, log data, diagnostics, and activity information used to keep Crew Rover reliable, secure, and supported.
